How To Save A New Document On Microsoft Word

  • Click the Office Button Icon and select the Save As option

  • Enter the file name which you want to give to your document
  • Click the Save As option
  • click on the Save button and your document will be saved with the entered name in the selected folder

How To Save New Changes On The Document You Saved On Microsoft Word 2007

Assuming you opened an existing document and edit it partially or completely and you wish to save this document with the same name, then you can use:
  • Press the Ctrl + S keys to save the changes
  • Or Click on the Icon available at the top left corner
  • Or You can use the Save option available just above the Save As option
