Employee training on job performance is very important to the survival of any organization is properly handed this will ensure high productivity to the works. Most formal organisation to invest on training and development of their manpower with a view to deriving some future benefit of improved work for such personnel the main objective of any training and development is the trainee welfare performance are hinder test these days. Due to the nature of economy, many companies have folded up their operation, while others cannot envisage success. Because of these development in the country’s management needs to invest in the training of its employee empirically carried out to test the impact of employees training and development on job performance with Beta Glass Plc, Ughelli in Delta State from the data analysis and hypothesis tested it is found that there is a positive relationship between employee training on job performance using chi-squared, test at 0.05 level of significance. However base on these and other findings a number of recommendations has been made which is implemented would help most organisations to grow.
