Growth ;and innovation in the field of industrialization and the complex nature of modern business activities creates the need for the expert handling of organization human resource and the reform call for a proper and adequate implementation of motivational programme in order to meet the productivity challenges this need is in order to get the workers utilize their optimum effort to achieve the organizational and objective in the light of this development companies in the manufacturing industry Beta Glass and other industries as well, are therefore. Faced with the task of creating avenues through which the very important function of high productivity can be achieved. It is generally believed that motivation brings increase productivity. The purpose of this study is to find out weather motivation is used to increase productivity of staff/workers in manufacturing industry using the Beta Glass PLC of Nigeria Plc organizational as a focus to study the types of motivation programme on output this research work understood as survey of the motivational policies and programme Beta Glass Plc Ugehelli and found out that through their exist an established policy and programme for motivation. It was deficient in content and implementation. In carrying out this research, Oral interview and utilized descriptive statistics in analyzing the data. The survey answer were re-enforced by the Oral interview Responses based an the oral interview immediate review of the motivation policies and programme of Beta Glass, remedies were suggested in order to make more functional and adapire to the present and future needs of the cooperation for optimum productivity some of which include.
