We are commanded to praise the Lord. All inhabitants of the earth are commanded to praise the Lord and make a joyful noise (Psalm 100:1). Jesus Christ gave us the opportunity to offer up to God a sacrifice of praise. Praise and Worship are closely related but are not the same. Understanding the different between praise and worship will help you to express your spiritual sacrifice to God rightfully in your body language. What are the Difference Between Praise and Worship?

There is a clear difference in praise and worship. God sees the heart, and He desires and deserves sincere, heartfelt praise and worship from his creation.
  • We praise God Almighty with singing, shouting, dancing , and with musical instruments with a grateful heart. While Worship is the act of standing, Kneeling, Dancing, Bowing, and Lifting of hands which shows humility
  • In the bible we are instructed to praise the lord at all times. Worship goes beyond praise as it can be evidently seen in the book of Psalm 96:9 which says “....Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness”
  • Praise is all about the recounting of God's goodness, love, care and all he has done and given to us. While Worship is humbly bowing in the presence God with a grateful heart
  • Praise means to celebrate, singing joyful songs and giving glory to God while Worship is honoring God for who He is
  • Praise is all about God while worship is to God
  • Praise is applauding God for what he has done while Worship is a lifestyle, not an occasional activity. Jesus said, “…the Father is seeking those who will worship Him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:23)
  • Praise is giving thanks while worshipers humble, adore and surrender every part of their lives to His control, God except praise of all kinds from His creation. God desires and deserves sincere worship from His creation. To worship God truly, we must let go of our self-worship. The holy spirit usually speak and comfort us when worshiping God.worship is totally surrender all to God Almighty
