THE ROLE OF LABOUR RELATIONS IN ORGANISATIONAL GROWTH (A CASE STUDY OF NIGERIA BREWERIES PLC BENIN CITY EDO STATE)

The project covers the role of labour in organizational growth and reveals the important of the labour relationship in an organization. The role of labour relationship involves selecting mission object and action to achieve them. It is perhaps the most important function in an organization. It is also the lifeblood of any organization that wants to survive. Without a cordial relationship between the employee and employer which will lead to the growth of organization. This research work is consequently divided into five chapters, each with different and distinctive contribution to the research work. The study further indicates that most business organizations fail because of inadequate interaction, sociability and understanding between employee and employer is the first step to successful business venture which will lead to the growth of ay organization.
