THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ON ORGANISATIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT(A CASE STUDY OF ZENITH BANK NIG PLC)

This project is poised at raying the degree of the role of financial management in a corporate organization with reference to Zenith Bank Nig. Plc, financial management activities conquered with raising of capital, planning cash and credit requirement including the effective control of financial resource. Some thoughts were given to financial management to provide skilled planning, control and executive of financial activities. Among the most crucial decisions of the firm are these, which relates to finance and therefore need to understand financial management, which provide them with conceptual and analytical insights to make these decision. The financial manager must take steps to ensure that the funds will actually be available and committed to the firm. This research work tends to under study financial management tool and its impact on the growth in an organization. The research use primary data to collect ideas from Zenith Bank staff on effective management of financial resources we concluded by saying that Bank management should be effective enough to handle the financial resources of Banks so as to act as an impetus to organizational growth.
