The topic of this project is Evaluation of issues in staff Empowerment and training in the oil and gas sector of economy with special reference to Shell Petroleum Development Company which is important tool the employment and training of staff. The chapter one of this research work specially deals with the background of study statement of problem objective of the study history of case study etc. chapter two aimed at review of related literature to the research work and several studies authors writers and professors that had contributed with are effectively quoted in the research work chapter three cover area of the research design sources of data collection population of study sample and sampling techniques method of data analysis research work to a degree of success chapter four consist of the manner of which the data or raw information were presented or raw material were presented analyzed and interpreted and also the discussion of finding lastly the chapter five content the summary of finding conclusion of the study recommendation suggestion for further study reference and appendix of the research questionnaire.
