DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF WEATHER FORECASTING PACKAGE FOR AVIATION INDUSTRY (A CASE STUDY OF SAM MBAKWE AIRPORT)

This project work “Design and Implementation of Weather Forecasting Package for Aviation Industry”, A Case Study of Sam Mbakwe Airport, helps Meteorologists issue accurate Weather Forecast and other Aviation related information. The research work reviews the background and the general ideas of Weather Forecasting base on automated method which will replace the old manual method used for Weather Forecasting, processing information and storage of information. The programming language used in the design of this software is Visual Basic 6.0 because of its flexibility and fast data accessibility that will make Weather Forecast faster, accurate and reliable.
