DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT OUTSOURCING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(A CASE STUDY OF ROLLINS COMPUTER SOFTWARE WARRI)

This research work entitled Design And Implementation of Project Outsourcing Management System is a web based solution designed for effective and efficient project outsourcing and management. In the past decade, there has been rapid growth of design outsourcing as a key operational drive for companies to compete globally, increase productivity and improve profitability. Manufacturers are transforming their product development models from local cross-operation to global operations. The solution was designed using ASP.Net, CSS for styling, VB.Net programming language. The research methodology used is Rapid Application Development. The developed system is capable of addressing the challenges of outsourcing faced by software organizations.
