DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PRODUCTION SCHEDULING SYSTEM (A CASE STUDY OF OKIN BISCUIT INDUSTRY, KWARA STATE)

This research work is focused on the design and implementation of a production scheduler management system using Okin Biscuit Offa, Kwara State as case study. Scheduling being a representation of the time necessary for carrying out a particular task has been done manually in the Okin Biscuit industry and many errors have emerged from this manual method. This project work is being carried out to over the problems of the manual system by converting it to an automated. The programming language used for the frontend design is Visual Basic.Net while Microsoft access was used for the backend design. The research methodology used is System Development Life Cycle.
