DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTELLIGENT AGENT FOR STAFF PROMOTION USING PERSONNEL PERFORMANCE GRADING AND EVALUATION (A CASE STUDY OF FINAL TOUCH INT’L SCHOOL, OZORO)

This project work is aimed at Designing and Implementing of an Intelligent Agent for Staff Promotion Determination using Personnel Performance Grading and Evaluation. The fast moving and competitive global economy requires that organization manage their staff performance in an efficient and flexible manner in order to tap their full potentials. The management of staff has crucial role in success or failure of an organization. Today's services organization strive to tailor staff management style that helps organizations to utilize their staffs potential to maximum and be able to react and adapt quickly and efficiently and to changes in service provision. This paper explores the possibility of promoting any organization staffs using personnel performance grading and evaluation. We investigate the application of a pull-based strategy for promoting staffs and its relation with motivation and productivity of the organization.
