This research work is focused on the health risk assessment of canned tomatoes paste. It was concluded that the risk assessment of paste tomatoes could be a potential danger. It was recommended that both Federal and State government regulatory agencies should ensure that sachet tomatoes paste manufacture are properly accredited and certified.
