CONTAMINATION OF PIPE BORNE WATER AND ITS EFFECT ON MAN

Two important environmental parameters could be identified as being the main causes of pipe borne water contamination are the combined effects of rainfall and excessive construction work and, secondly, the lack or inadequacy of plumbing codes. To study the combined effects of rainfall and excessive construction on the contamination of water, a detailed research was made to know the different types of water, the meaning of pipe borne water, causes of water contamination and the possible solutions to prevent water contamination. At the end of this study, a valid conclusion was made.
