THE PLACE OF EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT IN AN ORGANIZATION(A STUDY OF ECO – BANK, PLC, UGHELLI)

The research work is focused on managing of employee and employer relationship in an organization. This researched looked at the ways in which managing of employee and employer can strive in an organization in order to attain organization goals and objectives. It also examines conflicts and conflict resolution in firm such as the banking sector using EcoBank Nigeria Plc, Ughelli branch as a case study. More emphasis was placed on conflicts and effects of conflicts in an organization and the best possible means (ways) to resolve conflicts in an organization. The researchers also examine the role and impact of collective bargaining, labour union bargaining process was identified. More emphasis was placed on the grievances that exist among employee and employers in an organization. The grievance procedure is usually thought of in connection with a company that deals with labour union. The researcher used questionnaire to obtain information that were analyzed to ascertain the direct relationship of the employer and employee in an organization.
