THE IMPACT OF POOR INDUSTRIAL RELATIONSHIP ON ORGANIZATION PERFORMANCE(A CASE STUDY OF BETA GLASS PLC)
ABSTRACT/DESCRIPTION
This research work was conducted to look at the implication of poor industrial relation in an organization on productivity in industrial establishment. In doing this, we asked some questions and made certain assumption concerning the implication of poor industrial relation. From the data analyzed, it was discovered that there is no group or association (whether political group or business) that can bring its human and material resources together to achieve its objectives without a cordial relationship between the industrial relation in the organization. More so, this paper justifies the decisions to invest in product innovation in terms as cost (money and time) and benefiting to contemporary organization or entrepreneur in a highly competitive and ever changing market. On the basis of the findings carried out, it is concluded herein that since customers do not want just new products but solution that offer new and superior benefits. Organizations should continuously update their products, add new ones and broaden their ranges in order to retain their leadership in the market. It is on this premise that this paper recommends among others that organizations should respond to the technologies, products and services around the world as well as customers expectations and demands.
