THE IMPACT OF MOTIVATION ON WORKERS PERFORMANCE(A STUDY OF DE EXCEL TABLE WATER, OLEH)

This research work is aimed at determining the impact of motivation on workers performance. In the course of the study, some research question was formulated. Based on the formulated research question solution were also out forward towards correcting the stated question. In addition a review of literature which cut across several authors and their views with regards to the topic were carried out. The researched also conducted questionnaire as a means of collecting necessary data require for the study. Afterwards there was an extensive analysis of the data collected this enable the researcher to identify the things needed in motivating employees in organisation. Furthermore it was observed from the research that management in most organisations perform their best in motivating their workers, when workers are motivated they perform better in their various areas of specialisation. Conclusively some steps were recommended by the researcher and if properly implemented will help to increase productivity and improve the efficiency of organisation in the country
