It has been a controversial issue among business enterprise in Nigeria over the issues of trade union and conflict resolution on organizational growth. This project work on the impact of trade union and conflict resolution on organizational growth (a case study of Life Flour Mill Ogorode –Sapele) is aimed at examining the impact and the need of trade union and conflict resolution on organizational growth as it relates to employees, employers, government and the societies which it is situated or operates. Although, it has been revealed in this project work that the impact of trade union and conflict resolution is not a loyal debt, but moral obligation that business has to do to achieve desirable objectives. The methodology used in this work focused on the various steps or approaches that were used to derived the relevant research findings. The data collected were through questionnaire and the population of this study comprises of employees. The sample size of this research comprises of randomly selected persons and they were 40 in number. The sampling technique was simple random sampling method. The distribution and the collection of the questionnaire were done by hand. The questionnaire administered contains both open and close questions. The information collected were analyzed using simple percentage method after the analysis, we apply the use of chi-square to test the hypothesis. And after a proper analysis based on the respondents responses, it is believed that people accept and welcome the concept and ideas of trade union and conflict resolution as an avenue of peace in an organization
