The project work is centered on the study of the effect of taxation in manufacturing industry using Beta Glass Plc as our case study. The objective is to find out how the growth of the taxation contributes to the economic growth of the nation. This project is divided into five (5) group with chapter one covered the introduction, background of the study, significance of the study, research questions, scope of the study and definition of terms. Chapter two (2) discuss about literature review, definition of taxation, meaning and nature of taxation, imposition of income tax of taxation with regard to manufacturing companies. Chapter three (3) take a critical look of the population of whom questionnaire were given, the sample and sampling techniques of data collection and method of data analysis. Chapter four (4) covered the analysis of data presentation and the statement of the problem. The fifth (5) chapter concentrate on the summary of the result, findings, conclusion and to make recommendation.
