This study deals with a review of motivation on employees job performances in a deregulated economy. One of the pressing problems facing many organizations today is how to motivate their employee to work towards achieving the organizational goals. This research work takes up interpretation of data and analysis. The main objective here is to examine the data obtained in the course of the research and the techniques used. It includes personal interview interpretation of data and analysis and discussion of the result, it was evidenced that motivation has an effect employees job performances. Finally the major recommendation for this study is that the researcher would want the government and organization to regulate this motivational measure seriously to make sure that aims for establishing these firms are achieved so that these resources will not be a waste pipe.
