THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE ON ORGANIZATION GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT(A STUDY OF BETA GLASS)

The study is centered on the effect on leadership style on organization growth and development in Beta Glass plc. The data collected for this study were analyzed using the mean inferential statistics and the result obtained were presented in a manner that would foster clarify of presentation regarding the effect of leadership style on organization growth and development. In chapter one, a great deal of attention was paid to establishing the rational for the study by way of a statement of research problem, highlighting the significance of the research work and formulating research question for testing research data. A review of various literatures on the subjects matter was undertaking on the second chapter, while the third chapter attempted to detailed explanation of the methodology. The fourth chapter dealt with the type of data used and the presentation of research data, as well as data analysis. It was also found that effect of leadership style on organization growth and development was not in any place and the researcher recommended that company’s board of directors should monitor its chief executives on the leadership style they operate. These were dealt with in the last chapter
