THE EFFECT OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF WORK GROUPS IN ENHANCING ORGANIZATION GROWTH(A CASE OF IC GLOBAL MICRO FINANCIAL LIMITED OLEH)

This research works on the impact of “Effective Management of Work Groups in Promoting Organizational Success” –a case study of IC Global Micro Financial Bank Limited, Oleh, Delta State. The data for the analysis and information employed in this study was collected from the organization under study. The data collected was analyzed in a tabular form, showing numbers of respondents using the simple percentage distribution method and it was observed by the researchers that work group’s productivity, improve quality and encourage innovation, improve employee motivation and organization effectiveness. On the basis of the findings of this study, it was recommended among others motivation of work group’s provision of communication, provision of adequate working environment and adequate training for the work groups by managers to ensure effective management of work groups in organizations.
