ABSTRACT/DESCRIPTION
The management system (MS) is the key factor to facilitate and attain efficient decision making in an organization. This research explore the extent in which M.S implemented to make successful decision at the selected production company. The role of computer information as to M.S. was emphases, making us know that computer is vital because it controls the database which is the heart of M.S. The research adopted the quantitative research design to examine two research hypothesis. A total of 40 forms were equally distributed to those who are working at different management level at Union Bank Plc. The result prove that the central control information resulted to increase in efficiency in the organization.
