This research investigates job satisfaction among office technologist/satisfactory in organizations using Isoko North Local Government Councils Managers. Office technologists and managers occupy an important position in national development, therefore, they are the source in which organization realized their aims and objectives. This research work is centered on satisfaction, need, motivation and dissatisfaction most office technologist and managers experience in their jobs. To this effect, the study was carried out to find out bad working condition, lack opportunities for promotion, no opportunity for further training, denial of fringe benefit, no opportunities to contribute in decision making, no personal relationship with supervisor, no allowances, no appreciation affect job satisfaction office technologist and managers in Delta State, Isoko North Local Government Council, Ozoro
