The instrumentation laboratory of school of engineering Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro was extended to have an office and toilet, which has a length and width of 5200mm and 3600mm respectively. The project work involves site clearing, selections of material for construction, block molding, setting of block, drawing, excavation of foundation, and costing of the entire project to roofing level. This project work entails civil engineering activities such as designing, planning, managing of cost and construction site management, which were advantageous to students practical training. Though the project was not completed, but the cost obtained in the Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME) was two hundred and twenty-one thousand seven hundred naira (#Type equation here.221,700.00) only.
