This study seeks to evaluate the difference in wages and salaries structure in the Nigeria economy (AS CASE STUDY OF UNTH HEALTH SECTOR) UNIT health sector every day the problem of a functional wage and salary burdens the government the employers and the employers in both the public and salary questions are the most important of all items in any economy. not only do they come to most frequently they also take more number of disputes this leads to a conflict of interest because while wages are cost to the employer they are income to the workers (employed)
