DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR OFFICE MANAGEMENT(A CASE STUDY OF DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC, OZORO)

This project deals with “Automated System for Office Management using Delta State Polytechnic as Case of Study” it deal with the system of all the management and information needs of the different section of the institution. Most time, the institution runs into problem of getting necessary information in the sections of registration of students, students admission, employment planning, course scheduling, accessing a student background, lecturers, staffs, securities and other sections of the institution. This study led to the development of “Automated Office Management System” which will help a long way in reducing the problem encountered by the entire management and staffs of the institution. The power of the package is also seen in the area where time is of great importance. This package will help immensely in eliminating wasted time in the operation of the institution services thereby enhancing effective services.
