DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTELLIGENT AGENT FOR STAFF PROMOTION USING PERSONAL PERFORMANCE GRADING AND EVALUATION (A CASE STUDY OF FINAL TOUCH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OZORO)

In Nigeria offices a lot of time is spent by faculty staff, and lectures in various departments moving from one office to another in order to communicate with each other. This project focuses on solving the problem by developing an application for communication services in Nigerian offices using delta state polytechnic as a case study. The chat application is a web base application intended to be accessible from the internet or intranet. This allows the application to be available to both mobile and pc users who can access the internet from their devices. The system is implemented using a 3-tier approach, with a backend database (Microsoft Access). ASP.Net and C#.Net was used as the system frontend design.
