DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE (SMS) BASED SERVER FOR AN AUTO TEXT RESPONSIVE SYSTEM FOR FIRST AID TREATMENT

This paper is focus on the design and implementation of Short Message Service (SMS) Based Server of an Auto Text Responsive System for First Aid Treatment. SMS responsive system is a technology–enabled service offered by hospitals to their patients, permitting them to operate health services over their mobile phones using SMS messaging. The system was designs to eliminate the problems associated with other hospital responsive systems like queuing up to; get medical care, obtain basic information regarding one’s health, etc. To solve these problems, the project made use of a computer system running on ASP.Net and other components to develop a new auto text responsive technology that allows one to request and receive information to his / her mobile phone via Short Message Service (SMS). “Remotely” without being present at the First Aids Center, after the design, the system was used to carry out some tests like; sending SMS to mobile phones, waiting if it will be delivered and the performance was satisfactory. At the end one can say that the SMS responsive system is vital in first aid treatment.
