ABSTRACT/DESCRIPTION


This project work titled Design and Implementation of a Network Model for Network Congestion Control System in Multi-User Wireless Network is to proffer solution to network congestion in a multi-users network. It has been observed that files sharing over wireless networks are always difficult in a case whereby there are many users currently on the network, at times, causes delay in real time files sharing network system. Taking for instance, in Ad Hoc wireless network files sharing can be time consuming if many users are currently connected to the network. As the network traffic increases, users find it difficult to share data/files amongst themselves as result of high congestion. In this research work, the methodology adopted is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) because it is easy to understand and effective.
