CONSTRUCTION OF ALUMINUM DOOR

This project work explains in details the materials and the step-by-step work instruction methods involved in the design and construction of a security proof aluminum door at minimum cost. The work instruction methodology includes steps like Receive profile from cutting machine to assembly area and select appropriate angles for the profiles before assembling, also ensure to check whether the height piece of door requires lock, then drill holes in the profiles and mark the angles as per the holes and number the profile and angle.
