ABSTRACT/DESCRIPTION
This study is based on assessing performance evaluation and its effect on employee’s efficiency. It seeks to find out the root cause of poor performance it employee’s efficiency. The methods used in the collection of data to carry out this study were primary and secondary method of data collection. The researcher decided to use random sampling method as the sampling technique and analysis were used to analyze data collected. The finding that were gotten from this research work were that the effective performance of employees is fundamental in any organization as this brings about the optimization of business profit and hence stakeholders values.
