ANALYSIS OF REPORTED CASES OF DIABETES PATIENTS IN DELTA STATE(A CASES STUDY OF CENTRAL HOSPITAL WARRI FROM 2010-2015)

This Research project was designed to find out the prevalence rate at which diabetes diseases occur. The population under this study is reported cases of diabetic patients at Central Hospital Warri, data collected was through secondary source, from the statistics department of the Hospital. The data collected was analyzed using the least square and Friedman Non parametric test statistics at 5%, The result obtained revealed that there is an increase in the rate of diabetic effect among the population and the disease is more common in adult than youths representing an increase of 0.33%. This can usually be accomplished with the followings: Medical education and awareness by government and N.G.O, learning about the disease and actively participating in the treatments is vital for people with the diseases are far less common and have well managed blood sugar levels is higher. The type of diet one eats everyday should be a matter of concern. He or she should try to eat a health food, so as to build up the body energy
