Fractional defective using the P-Chart was used to analyze the data. On the calculation of the data it was observed that the LCL was -0.101, UCL, was 0.24 and CL was 0.07. In conclusion, it was observed that the highest fractional defective was at the 4th week of production with a high fractional defective of 15% which could be cause by lack of maintenance of equipment and facilities, operators’ error or breakdown. Among may, recommend that the company should employ statisticians that will assist in analyzing Statistical Quality Control in other to help for future use to maximize sales and to increase profit.
