A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVENESS OF FOREIGN AND INDIGENOUS FIRMS IN NIGERIA

This study, a survey design bough to out on comparative basis, managerial skills and organizational effectiveness in foreign and indigenous firms in Nigeria. in carrying out the study, three researcher were formulated to guide the operations of the study. six firms operating in Nigeria were selected for the study, on the basis of their operational base, capital formation and ownership structure. The simple percentage method was used to analyze the data obtained. The findings revealed that skills possessed by managerial performance. On the strength of the various findings revealed form the study, it recommended that operating in the Niger-Delta region of Nigeria should, as a matter of necessity, allocate a certain percentage of their annual budget to training of its staff, both locally and abroad.
