Italian Side Napoli have completed the signing of Nigerian International Victor Osimhen for an initial €50m fee.
The 21 year old had long been touted for a big money Move from French side Lille following an outstanding season in France.
The fee could reportedly rise to €80m if conditions for Add-ons are met. This would make him the most expensive African player of all time breaking the record set by Nicholas Pepe who moved To Arsenal for a €79m just the last summer transfer window.
Osimhen first left Nigerian shore for Germany after winning the Golden boot at the 2015 FiFA U-17 world cup. He joined Wolfsburg before moving to Belgium on a deal with Charleroi
The striker Has been capped 10 times by the Nigerian National team since his debut under manager Rohr. He has since scored 4 goals for the super eagles.
His move leaves Nigerian football fans excited as they rave about the latest one of their youth talent making waves in Europe.
