Dominion University welcomes applications from students who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our vibrant academic community. Admission is open to all qualified candidates, regardless of background, provided they meet the requirements of the National Universities Commission (NUC) and the university’s academic standards.

Undergraduate Admission
Applicants seeking entry into undergraduate programs must satisfy the following criteria:

O’Level Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or equivalent examinations, obtained in not more than two sittings. Credits must include English Language and Mathematics, along with subjects relevant to the chosen program.

UTME Requirements: Candidates must achieve a satisfactory score in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and participate in the Dominion University post-UTME screening exercise.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of admission.

Direct Entry Admission

Candidates seeking admission through Direct Entry must meet one of the following:

At least two (2) A-Level passes in subjects relevant to the intended program.

A National Diploma (ND), NCE, or equivalent qualification with merit or upper credit.

Approved professional qualifications as recognized by the university.

International Students

Dominion University welcomes international applicants. All foreign credentials will be verified, and candidates may be required to provide proof of English language proficiency.

Some programs may have specific requirements set by their respective faculties.

All applicants are expected to participate in the screening and interview process as scheduled by the university.
